We appreciate the support we have gotten from our customers during this uncertain time and thankful that we have been able to help provide much needed medications. As the country begins to open, we want to update you on what we continue to do to ensure your access to medication, efficient service and timely delivery of your medication orders.
Medication Access
We continue to closely monitor for any potential shortages or manufacturer backorders and work with our FDA-registered vendors to ensure we have adequate materials (ingredients, packaging, personal protection equipment and more) to prevent service interruptions. See the full list of compounded alternatives to manufacturer backorders.
Remote Contact Center
Our Customer Care Specialists and Pharmacists continue to work remotely to minimize the risk of exposure to our compounding team and remain available from 8:00am to 11:00pm ET. We continue to deliver great care and are servicing better than ever. Please be patient with us if you hear children, barks, or meows in the background. We continue to protect your privacy and security. Rest assured that the laptops we have provided employees are secure and that employees are following established privacy and security policies and that we do not store credit cards on these devices.
Prevention
We continue to enforce the following policies to ensure employee safety and reduced risk from social exposure:
Medication Delivery
Our Swedesboro and Scottsdale locations continue to operate at full capacity and are servicing better than ever because of the preventative measures we have taken. Customers may experience a slight delay from a shipping carrier in some regions.
Home Delivery
We regularly ship medication directly to patients’ homes. This convenient option can help limit exposure while still getting medications as quickly as possible.
For customers near our Swedesboro and Scottsdale locations we are continuing our curbside pickup service to reduce social exposure.
